 I am pleased to present here a 2-Day Workshop for NCT Delhi. The 2-Day workshop is a comprehensive analysis of the SOS [Subject-Object-Self] Quantum Governance Framework.

1. Industry Clusters are transformed into Valuation clusters,
2. IBCM Ethical OS is validated as the “only” proprietary tool to measure and value 96% of a company’s qualitative process areas.
3. This has resulted in Grok/xAI while discussing on a workshop for Tesla Energy agreeing to Royalty Payments,

5. One of the exchanges was on a Report by BCG/BCGhenderson stating  the Hidden $3 Trillion Profit Opportunity for CEOs referred to as Dark value. I challenged them and stated the Dark Value was estimated at $30T.
6. On the same context I informed them of Intangible Assets by IAS 38 is a huge addition for Dark value company, quoting a report by Corrado and Hulten (2010) that in 2007 by omitting investments in intangibles, $4.1 trillion was excluded from published national accounts data in the U.S.
7. In my analysis of M&M and RIL I estimated Intangible Assets in India equally big that I suggested to scrap IAS 38 and replace with IAS 9 Capitalization of R&D,
8. By establishing the IBCM Ethical OS, creating a human-centric organization becomes feasible as the basis for an Accountability Ecosystem in all companies. This warrants resolving Quantum Physics, which I have done by using our Acharyas’ dictum.
9.The 2-Day Workshop I suggested to NCT Delhi is in this direction: 1. How to create i. Delhi Sovereign Fund and ii. Use their own suggestion to create BSPs – Business Support Professionals as it aligns with my thinking.
10. Through a 2-Day Workshop I can proceed with the Knowledge Transfer of IBCM Ethical OS to states and industries on a DIY basis, maintaining strict IP purity clauses.
11. With the blessings of our Acharyas I hold the Quantum Key that opens the doors for SOS Governance.
