Today marks a pivotal step in our journey toward a $30 Trillion economy by 2047. I have officially shared my Positive Approach Paper with ASSOCHAM and Shri Saurabh Sanyal, completing a strategic governance trilogy for Indian Industry.

To build the “Governance Spine” of a developed nation, we must view our industry through a three-dimensional lens of Value Capital:

FICCI: Focus on Performance Value Capital – Driving operational excellence.
CII: Focus on Intellectual Value Capital (Policy) – Shaping the rules of engagement.
ASSOCHAM: Focus on Intellectual Value Capital (IPR) – Protecting and measuring the “Human Energy” behind innovation.

In the era of the ₹1-lakh crore RDI Scheme, traditional Technology Readiness Levels (TRLS) are not enough. We need Governance Intelligence. Through IBCM Technology, I am proposing that we shift from measuring “What” we build to “Who” is building it and how their energy is energized and tracked.

By treating ASSOCHAM as the “Corporate Proton”—the stabilizing identity of our creative industry—we can ensure that our MSMEs don’t just file patents, but build substantiated, ethically-governed assets.

The journey through 26 Chief Ministers and the “Big Three” chambers is now aligned. Let’s move from entity-rating to Human-Energy Indexing.
