The central thesis is that while the Government of India has defined the destination (ViksitBharat@2047), the industrial “engine” is currently calibrated for a different era. Traditional ERPs and quarterly-focused accounting act as a “measurement observation” that collapses the wave function of industrial potential into a single, narrow slit of tangible profits.
To achieve the ambitious GSDP targets of states like Gujarat, Delhi and Odisha, FICCI must lead the shift from Predictive Oversight to Quantum Coherence.
